Description: Part-time 20-28 hours/week


Job Overview:

The Bookkeeping/Administrator role at LightBridge International includes a variety of tasks listed below.  

Bookkeeping:  

+ Maintain complete sets of financial records for LBI and LMD

+ Keep track of all accounts

+ Record all financial transactions and verify accuracy of procedures for recording financial transactions

+ Produce monthly receipts for donors

+ Produce year-end receipts for all donors

+ Track all mission team funds/income/expenses

+ Prepare quarterly reports for Board approval

+ Prepare yearly budgets (alongside Karla)

Database:

+ Updating all database information consistently

+ Create monthly system for all donor updates and lapsed donors

+ Research and create new options for database and bookkeeping records

Donor Newsletters and Receipting

Misc. LBI

+ Field and handle all LBI phone calls

+ Work with staff on any LBI and LMD initiatives and events

+ Work with LBI Sponsorship Coordinator to assist in printing, mailing and general sponsor related needs

Landmine Design Customer Care

+ Tracking orders, fulfilling, and mailing any and all orders through LMD website

+ Help with LMD sales events throughout the year

+ Help with all LMD corporate orders throughout the year

+ Set up system, organize and track all jewelry for shows, events, and party hosts

+ Lives in Denver Colorado

+ Supports and advocates for the mission and vision of LightBridge International

+ Works well with a team and also a self starter

+ Willing to raise support for a portion of income
