Bringing Vision & Hope to Cambodia

In a rural village near the Cambodia–Thailand border, access to quality eye care is extremely limited. For many, preventable or treatable vision problems go unaddressed—impacting education, work, and daily life.

Drs. Wills and Melissa Vanray are stepping into this need with a deep sense of purpose. As residency-trained optometrists with nearly 40 years of combined experience, they are returning to Wills’ home country of Cambodia to provide comprehensive eye care to the Khmer people.

But they can’t do it alone.

Our Goal: $200,000 to launch the clinic

  • $50,000 – Exam lane equipment (per exam room)

  • $50,000 – Diagnostic imaging (fundus camera)

  • $40,000 – Optical lab setup

  • $5,000 – Eyeglass inventory

  • $1,000 – Community outreach supplies
