The Leadership institute of PoiPet exists to help young Cambodians discern God's calling for their lives and develop the character, skills, and vision to become difference-makers for Christ in their communities.

In PoiPet, young adults navigate unique challenges like financial instability, limited opportunities, and recent border conflicts. These conditions have created an environment where fear outweighs ambition.

Many young Cambodians face a profound question: "Now what?" These young adults currently lack clarity about their calling and how to make a meaningful contribution to their communities.

The result is a generation of young adults who feel stuck. They feel ambitious but afraid, full of potential but lacking direction.

Program Overview

Leadership Training

This training provides a 260-hour residential experience where students transition from being "stuck" to being strategic.

While our mission is to help students discern God’s calling, this track is the practical workshop where that happens. Through an intensive curriculum focused on "Leading Yourself and Others.”

This isn't just a series of lessons; it is a six-month immersive environment where young adults build the biblical foundation and practical grit necessary to become the difference-makers for the Kingdom of Christ

Church Planting

Our vision is to see leaders planting and growing churches across every city in Cambodia, and this specialization is the training ground for that spiritual expansion.

This 480-hour track (inclusive of the core curriculum) provides the deep theological and pastoral training required for the front lines of ministry.

This track directly addresses the spiritual deficit and contributes towards the Gospel message spreading across Cambodia.
