Leakhena has been with LightBridge International for well over a decade. She “randomly” met Karla in a Cambodian market and instantly stepped in to be Karla’s translator as she attempted to buy vegetables (thanks, God!). She’s been just as insanely helpful, hardworking, and a gift from the Lord ever since!

Leakhena serves as the principal for two of our sponsored schools -- New Life School. She works tirelessly training and empowering a team of skilled teachers who bring quality Christian education to over 1000 children at the two institutions. Her heart for the Lord is evident in so many areas, including her joy-filled connection with each and every child who comes to learn! Each walks away with a quality education and an understanding of the God who loves them dearly.
